Dear parent/carer,

As your child has entered full time school, we would like to welcome and introduce you to the School Nursing Service. The welcome pack gives more details on the role of the School Nurse and the Service that is available via your school’s website.

If you do not want your child to be included in our Height Weight and Vision screening programme, you must inform your child's class teacher in writing immediately.
